Online Church Survey

Watch your emails next month for an important link shared by Crown of Life. The Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod offers a free survey-based, self-assessment tool called CADDS (Congregational Assessment of Development/Decline Status). The CADDS survey consists of 95 questions designed to objectively answer the question, “Where are we... really?” It is submitted online and takes about 25 minutes to complete. An offline option will be available upon request.

We invite anyone connected to Crown of Life to take this survey. This includes regular attendees, guests, people served by the church in some way (like parents of preschool children), neighborhood members, etc. The broader the participant range, the truer the report will be.
