Pack 124 Pinewood Derby

Crown of Life is the charter organization for Cub Scouts Pack 124. They are hosting their annual pinewood derby at Crown of Life on Saturday, February 21st and invites our church family to join in the fun. Those who would like to cheer on the contestants are to show up between 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and watch the races! Lunch will be available for purchase at the event.

Those who would like to participate in the race must build a derby car, keeping in mind the official rules. Parental supervision is required. Kits are provided by the Pack. Participants must weigh in at Crown of Life on Friday, February 20th between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The cars will stay at the church overnight until the big day on Saturday! Crown of Life participants will race in the "siblings" group with no age restrictions. Anyone interested in racing must contact the church office by January 20th.
