Ash Wednesday Worship Service

Ash Wednesday begins the Lenten season, marked by repentance, fasting, reflection, and ultimately the celebration of salvation. The 40 days of Lent reflect Christ’s time of temptation in the wilderness, where He fasted and when Satan tempted Him.

"For dust you are, and to dust you shall return." Genesis 3:19. These words are spoken as a sign of the cross is traced on the forehead. This act is a gesture of repentance and a powerful reminder of our need for cleansing and purifying.

For your convenience, ashes will be offered at Crown of Life during the following time slots:

8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Walk-In
11:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Walk-In
7:00 p.m. Worship Service
