Hello my name is Melissa (Mel) Holloway, and I am blessed to be the lead teacher in the 3 & 4 year old classrooms.

I have an associate degree from Macomb and over 20 years experience being a lead teacher in the early childhood field. I joined the Crown of Life staff two years ago as the assistant teacher and was warmly welcomed not only by my fellow colleagues but the entire church community. Crown of Life is like a second family who makes you feel right at home and helps guide you as you strengthen your faith, so much that myself and my family became members of the church.

I'm married to Phil and we have three amazing boys Jack, Ty and Max. I also own a dance studio in Capac, I've been in the dance industry for over 37 years.

Teaching is a passion of mine and I'm ready for my new role as lead teacher. I'm very excited to be the first step in the students' educational development and to share the love of God with them in the process.
