The focus in February's "One Room Sunday School" material is Jesus' Ministry. Ms. Kristi has the K-3 class and Ms. Rosemary the 4-5th graders.
Fifth graders - keep working on learning your Ten Commandments!

Children’s Bible Bags and Tree: We have taken an old idea and refurbished it. Many of You might know that there are purple bags with the “crown and cross” symbol on them and they were filled with crayons and things to interest the little ones during church. We have kept the bags but they are filled with new Bible stories and coloring books and crayons. Now they will be hanging just inside the sanctuary on a “tree.” This way the kids will be able to see them and take one off when they enter the church and hang it back on it’s hook when they leave.

• Involvement Ideas for Children - Sparkler mission projects, children's giving calendars, ideas for involving kids in God's mission.

You can also download Mission Friends, a children's mission newsletter, and corresponding passport stamps for free from the children's Web site.

LCMS World Mission also provides all the information and resources for the Sparkler mission projects - mission projects uniquely designed for children - free for download on the children's Web site.

Playtime with a purpose! Children can explore a site that features Bible stories, puzzles, and games. Find all of these and more at www.jcplayzone.com.

We will continue collecting Campbell Soup and other labels for Lutheran Special Education. These labels help this organization provide much needed classroom or playground supplies for special needs children in the Lutheran education ministries. Bring your labels to church; a sheet listing accepted labels is on top of the collection drawers in the narthex.

Please bring in the coupon from any product that you collect labels from. If there is no coupon, bring in the entire label.
